The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of North Carolina has announced its schedule for Tuesday, February 3, 2026. According to the court, the 9:30 AM hearing before Judge Edwards will take place as planned in Courtroom 2B. Additionally, the 10:00 AM Asheville telephonic hearings are set to proceed on schedule.
The court also stated that the Bankruptcy Clerk’s Offices will open later than usual, with operations beginning at 10:30 AM.
