Bradley A. Gallaher has filed a lawsuit against Switchboard, MD Inc., and several of its executives, alleging a series of unlawful business practices that left him financially and professionally harmed. The complaint was lodged in the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina on February 5, 2026, naming Blake Anderson, Sarah Anderson, Hans Andersson, and Will Akers as defendants.

The case centers around allegations that Dr. Blake Anderson, as the founder and CEO of Switchboard, along with other executives, defrauded Gallaher by failing to pay his earned salary and commissions while engaging in self-dealing at his expense. Gallaher claims he was enticed to join Switchboard with promises of lucrative compensation packages and equity stakes in the company. However, after investing significant time and over $750,000 into the company’s growth, Gallaher alleges he was pushed out without receiving due compensation or return on his investment.

Gallaher accuses the defendants of violating several laws including the North Carolina Wage and Hour Act and engaging in fraudulent activities. He asserts that despite his pivotal role in developing products like MDAware and RevAware which generated substantial revenue for Switchboard, he was denied rightful earnings under false pretenses orchestrated by Dr. Anderson with support from other executives. The lawsuit details how these actions were part of a broader scheme to enrich themselves while undermining Gallaher’s contributions.

In seeking justice from the court, Gallaher is asking for damages exceeding $400,000 for unpaid wages alongside punitive damages for breach of contract and fraud. He also seeks ownership rights over intellectual property related to products he helped develop at Switchboard. The case demands jury trial consideration for all claims brought forward.

Representing Bradley A. Gallaher is attorney Philip A. Hinson from Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP based in Charlotte, NC. The case is presided over by an unnamed judge under Case ID 3:26-cv-96.
